Inspired by a friends DIY Canvas Style Wall Art Print (top), I also made my own (bottom).
Required: Large framed canvas (cheap one will do from 2 dollar store), Staple gun & staples and your choice of printed fabric from the likes of Spotlight or Lincraft.
Tip: Avoid using very thin fabric as it can be tricky to stretch and keep flat around the canvas (as i found). Using a little interfacing to thicken the fabric or provide support will make it easier for you to staple onto the canvas.
Sharing a fabulous little find: Image Paperier - a little paper shop located in Malvern :) They stock gorgeous hand crafted stationary and paper products from Nepal, Italy, Japan and Thailand.
Oh dear .. my brain started to tick with all sorts of creative paper ideas the moment I stepped into the store :)
So today I bought some cheap small framed canvas, a couple of sheets of hand printed paper from Nepal & borrowed a staple gun to create some cool custom printed paper frames.
Give your current decor a little boost by displaying them together with your photo prints around the house / office like I have.
so lush and beautiful „
